Defendants were arrested for participating in a conspiracy to cultivate and sell marijuana. The arrest netted more than 287 pounds of marijuana. The defendants were charged with (1) cultivation, (2) transportation; and (3) possession for sale of marijuana. After lengthy negotiations with the District Attorney’s Office, Dmitry Gurovich and Elon Berk were able to settle the case where the clients would remain out of jail/state prison, be on probation and complete 20 days of community labor.
