Voluntarily Dismissed

A client was arrested for DUI (marijuana intoxication).  The arresting officer observed the defendant smoke a marijuana pipe.  Moreover, that same officer conducted a field sobriety test and determined that the Defendant was under the influence of marijuana.  The Defendant immediately retained the services of DG Law.  After careful examination of the chemical evidence along with the arresting officers observations, the case was voluntarily dismissed by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
